The ink cartridges I received were Merax branded (Meritline brand) and the color and quality is much better than expected. So much cheaper than buying the Epson ink. Note: if your printer rejects the cartrige (says not working or empty), remove cartridge and use a fresh pencil eraser on the gold contacts...brush off eraser debris and replace. Your printer should recognize it just fine.

Great product. I have purchased this item 5 or 6 times now and have only had 1 that would not work in my printer. At Meritline prices you can well afford to get a clinker here and there. I will be buying these again.

I only had 1 cartridge not accepted by my printer. My only complainted is they don't last as long as an Epson original cartridge.

One of the cartridge doesn't work. Called Customer service and they sent a replacement out. GREAT SERVICE!!
