I pluged a 6 foot HDMI male plug into each end of this adapter which gave me a little over 12ft. it worked perfect

The adapter works fine, but Meritline did not tell me that it was (apparently) out of stock. So I had to wait WEEKS while my order was sent overseas; it was eventually shipped to me from Taiwan (or some country thereabouts). It took so long, I was able to place and receive TWO orders from Monoprice before receiving the item from Meritline. When I tried to cancel the Meritline order, I was told (incorrectly, it seems) that the order had shipped and could not be cancelled. I also belatedly discovered that Meritline's price is much higher than other merchants for this adapter.
