For the price it was a great deal, but it didn't arrive in time for Valentines day. Shipping took about 10 days longer than expected.

The item came within a week. When opened up the box the plastic surrounding the two Bears was bent. It's not a very sturdy item, the background of the hearts is all cardboard. Also the big heart shaped flower in the middle is very loose and when you move the box it shifts left to right. One of the bears face's looked a little deformed. Overall my girlfriend loved it, and thought it was so cute.
