pure garbage.three of four not working on arrival.had to cannibalize one to get two working. one spool skirt warped and dragging on frame. one retrieving gear not in position to wind line across spool. one retrieving gear shaft broken. gear floating free and not functioning to retrieve line evenly across spool. one spool will not latch on shaft. parts broken. now have three working and one useless pile of junk *** This is an official reply from Meritline.com *** Please contact our return department at rma@meritline.com for service.
