This is a horrible product from Meritline. I happened to fill air in it and found out that there is a small hole from which the air is leaking. I thought of complaining Meritline, but came to know that they do not pay for shipping charges even if the product has defects in it. I had similar experience in the recent past where I ordered Car MP3 FM Transmitter which doesn't work at all. Since the shipping cost is almost equal or more than the cost of the produst I had to convince myself and learn't a lesson to avoid any products from Meritline. *** This is an official reply from Meritline.com *** Please contact our return department at rma@meritline.com for service.

The pillow has small hole can't locate where but after I inflate the air goes out in couple hrs slowly
