The 3x1 HDMI mini switcher routes high definition video (in multiple resolutions up to 1080p) and digital audio from any one of the three sources to display unit. Three inputs accommodate the simultaneous connection of up to three high definition video sources, such as satellite systems and HD DVD players. The output sends the high definition audio/video signals to a high definition display. Aside from the manual switching, the switching can also done via the IR remote that is provided with the unit for added convenience. The compact design eliminates the bulk of an HDMI switcher while still having the same functionality.

This is an excellent price for the device. I need some support on the Model # and Manufacturer in order to program my Logitech Harmony Remote. As it is, I am satisfied that this device works without the not-included 5v power supply. Excellent Product. Took 2 minutes to set up. Xbox into one port, PS3 into the other. Automatically switched to the PS3 when I turned it on. Turnned it off and it was back to the Xbox and Visa-versa. MUCH better than the more expensive product I had tried before. Perfect. Perfect. Perfect. No need for the remote or the manual button, but I'm glad they are there just in case.

Bought this as a bundle with 3 HDMI Cables. I was very happy with the cables and the switch but the switch only lasted 3 weeks and started malfunctioning. It kept switching from different ports all by itself and got very annoying when you're watching a movie. HDMI Cables GOOD! SWITCH VERY BAD!!!

Dead easy to use - plug it in, and it just works. I like the fact that it is powered by the HDMI inputs so there's no need for yet another wall wart just for it.

My older DLP TV has a single HDMI connection. This switch worked just great. I used two sided velcro to actually attach it to the back of the set. The remote isn't really necessary since the switch automatically moves the connection to the hot port. Now I have three ports so the dish tv box, blue ray player, and game can all be connected. Great price from Meritline, good packing and quick shipping.

Had this for several weeks. Unit works as described. Great not to have to use an external power supply..still wondering how it does that...maybe an internal battery?

Pretty good, I haven't really had a chance to compare it to the same source not going through the switch, but I don't notice any picture degradation. Switches auto and with the remote just fine without external power.

Okay, Well I give three stars, why when items were delivered first only received the three cables and no switch box. Took a little work on my end to get Meritline to believe that it was missing, Digital pictures etc..But the did ship me out the box right after so all is good. So I used the box for Direct TV and DVD player. There was a little static through the speakers that was not there before, but we just canceled Direct TV, so lets see what happens when comcast comes out next week..Overall great for the money.

Thyis is one great item. Cost less than a single HDMI cable and yet it works perfectly. I can switch between HDMI inputs with no problem.
