DOES NOT use the AAA as stated in another review, uses a camera battery (16340 stubby battery) which is easier to get in Asia but hard/expensive in North America. Probably sells for so cheap since you can't get batteries.

This flashlight uses a CR123A battery, not AA or AAA! These batteries cost me $7 each here in the US, so not very economical. On the plus side, the flashlight appears to be well made. It is bright for it's size, but not as bright as other larger flashlights I have with the CREA LED in it.

No wrist lanyard or belt pouch included. Like the other two reviewers mentioned, flashlight uses an odd non-standard battery form factor. Can order them online easily enough for cheap (4 bucks for a 2-pack) though. Flashlight build is solid though, clearly not up to maglight standards but definitely a good standard. Great for the car.

I purchased several. Maximum of 40 lumens from a pricing CR123 Battery. I have had much better luck from the Sipik flashlights that are much higher quality and lumen power. Price is similar too. Highly recommend PASSING on this one.

Great little light. I work in an office and get very little exercise. So I ride my bicycle at night to keep in shape. while on the Meritline site I found a nylon flashlight holder for the handle bars and also found this great little light. Now cars can see me and I can see the pot holes, both keeping me safe. Thanks again Meritline

Very bright, small size. I ordered 3, all of them are good. One of them has a contact problem inside. I tightened it and it's fine now. Like the other buyer's comment, it uses CR 123A battery. I purchased 3 rechargeable pieces/w a charger for around $10 from e-bay. Battery last very long time. I use one of them frequenctly for over 3 months now, still waiting for the battery to run out.

The 16340 battery is the same type as the CR123A photo battery and is easily available. The flashlight is very bright compared to the others of similar price and size.

I ordered this 2 of these because I wanted to try a flashlight that used a single 16340 cell. The housing is 2 piece, decent quality, nice threads (richuang P38). The size is quite close to a 188-912-001. No O-rings or lube. Single mode clicky with a glow in the dark green button. Belt clip that doesn't inspire confidence, one is loose after very limited use. Plastic lens that is flat on the front with a "hole" drilled in the middle. This makes the output quite centralized without a lot of flood. Overall, a decent little light if you're looking for a basic, single 16340 cell, flashlight.

Have using it for a month. At times it turns off by itself. Have to twist the housing to turn it back on. Did not know it needed special battery, but was able to find it. Light is quite bright.
