Meritline.com Verified Buyer I had to send the first one back for it did not register on my computer when I connected it. I am still having issues with the second on to register when connected. I am having to do reseach to see if it has anything to do with the difference of 32 bit versus 64 bit systems.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer One out of the four Hitachi drives I received was defective. I am giving this experience a "poor" rating because the replacement drive sent to me was also defective. This was a very frustrating experience that took almost two weeks to resolve. On the positive side, I received very good customer service. However, a 2-out-of5 (40%) failure rate from Hitachi was deplorable.
