Meritline.com Verified Buyer Scale arrived intact in a regular cardboard box cut to snuggly fit. My scale is on a narrow strip of tile between the toilet and wall. I stand sideways facing the wall. Slighting lifting the bottom corner with my big toe easily turns it on. No searching for a "tap" spot. In seconds it gives an accurate read-out. My former glass scale only did 1/2 lb (*.50) increments. This does every .02 from .00 through **.08. Very handy if weighing in the morning without clothes and with.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer Very easy to use. Simple switch under battery cover to change from Kg to lb. Comes set to Kg. Sometimes the tap to turn it on can be a little tricky but it also shuts itself off to conserve the battery. Battery is one standard CR2032 lithium battery.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer Scale arrived with dead battery - had to replace (additional few dollars spent on that tiny battery). Even with new battery, the scale is slow or inconsistent to respond to the initial touch to start weighting. Sometimes takes tapping all over it for a few seconds to turn it on.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer Best value for the price. Shows weight both in pounds and kilograms. The scale need to be in a hard level surface. If it is on top of bath mats, the weight shown is way off the mark.
