We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of channels this little antenna picked up. We were really surprised as the TV is in the basement. It took us a few minutes to find a spot that would produce the channels were were interested and it was good to go. Pro: Works in Basement Con: Non, that I can see right now

Works as expected. I live close to all the local broadcast stations (within 15 miles) Made my own previously but for the price I couldn't pass it up for a second TV.

It all depends on your local signal. If your signal is good a $6 antenna like this one works every bit as good as a $49 amplified antenna. This one gets all the same channels as the giant old school roof top antenna that I have up in my attic. I found out about it because my neighbor has one.

Compact antennae to get HD signals. For the price you can't go wrong. Pulled all available TV stations in my area. This was for a TV in a daylight basement.Sits behind my TV out of sight.

Works surprisingly well for something that cost less than $10. It is sensitive to orientation. You might try the auto tune function on your TV with the antenna in several different orientations to figure out how to best position it. Unfortunately, there's no partial or snowy picture to let you know when there's a station available and adjusting the antenna might help. You either get a good high quality picture or nothing at all. Definitely worth the money to get free local channels. Combine this with Netflix or Amazon Prime and you've got a pretty good, cheap solution for TV.

Nice alternative to cable. Suction cup does not work though.
