No communication, basically printed order and waited for item to arrive (about 3 1/2 weeks). It was not shipped from US, items arrived from Asia (only noticed that on order printout. Bulk packed, maybe generic maybe OEM ? can not tell. Well.. they were really cheap, what else can I say.

Fast shipping, well packed, however I do notice that these trackpoint caps are not as "rubbery" as the original IBM ones. They do fit well and look just like the real ones, but the grip is rather poor, probably due to a different rubber compound. I recommend buying the originals due to this.

The purchase was supposed to be for FOUR (4) red cap pointer replacements. Of course, I was only shipped 2. This is on par with Meritline. Their service and accuracy blows, even for the smallest of items.

I was expecting more than one I guess at that price. Never hurts to read the entire description. Rather thin too. Can't believe they sent just one tiny little red thing from Hong Kong. Bout fell off my seat laughing on the floor. At least it's cheap. :P
