1. Screwdriver required to replace batteries. 2. Would not run on NiMH or NiCd, only alkalines. Not nearly as useful as I originally had envisioned.

one of the lite did not work, but got a replacement right away after reporting it. they are bright for 4 led. I'm happy with them

Upon arrival, 1 out of 2 light did not work. Then for the one that is working, I am surprised that 3 AA batteries wears out after 4 days. Consider that LED was not activated most of the time, this means that its sound sensor must be draining high power. This does not fit my intended purpose where I would set it up and forget it.

Both spotlights arrived in short order -- one works as described (I would give it 5 stars) and one was dead-on-arrival. Nothing I could do to make it work, so I threw it away (I give that one 0 stars).

Unfortunately, one of the 2 lights died within 2 minutes of turning it on, and the other had one of the 4 LEDs die. It works, but these are obviously really poorly made. I paid $6 for these, and they aren't worth that.
