The product looks fine, and it does charge my equipments. However, it destroyed my car battery. I plugged it to my Toyota Prius and saw a warning light on the next day, but it disappeared soon after. Then the car failed to start the following day with all warning lights on and off. I had the car towed to the dealership, and they replaced the battery. After getting the car back, I was curious to find out whether this charger is the culprit and plug it in the car again. Sure enough, a warning came on a few minutes later. I took the charger out and threw it in the trash can.

this item did not work, it wont charge the usb item. i have a single usb and the items work on that one. how can i send this item back or have it replace.
