    Universal Refill Instruction

    Please read these instructions below carefully before using the universal refill kits:

    1. Please find the brand of your printer in the upper list, and then select the exact model of your printer, click on the PDF icon, you will got the instruction.

    2. Remove the cartridge from the printer carefully and avoid touching metallic pars.

    3. Please clean the ink outside the print head carefully in case the block of it if the cartridges with print head was refilled but left for a period of time unused.

    4. Change your cartridge after 5 re-fills, as print heads wear with use.

    5. Please fill your cartridges as soon as it was used out to make sure the quality of print.

    6. the print result will be influenced if the ink cartridge was damaged or dried out. If the print head is cleaning for many times and can not work normally, please leave the cartridge in printer for 3 to 5 hours and perform the nozzle testing then. If the printer still can not work normally, which shows that the print head has bee damaged.

    7. When filling the color cartridges, please pay special attention to the right color in case that the cartridge was out of use because of the filling of wrong color.

    8. The Epson chipped cartridges need to be reset before refill it.

The insructions on how to drill the hole on the cartridge is not clear. I tried my first one it failed to fill the ink. I suggest that it should show a clear picture on your website step by step instruction so it would not be frustrating for first timers to perform the procedure.

I've been using your products for over five years now and have had total success with everthing I've purchased. All products have been top quality except for some generic blank CDs that had alot of defective discs. Out of 100 discs about 7 or 8% were defective. I've bought several of your other brands and have had 100% reliablity and performance from all other brands. I've decided to stick with your Pro-Disc brand, it's the best value and a top performer I have never had a single problem with this brand and I've bought hundreds if not thousands of Pro-Discs. If only Pro-Disc would offer glossy inkjet printable Discs it would be perfect for me.

Everything works, even when my SUN Newsprint CL+ is an old printer never used for 15 years, except that one of the balls got lodged in the needle and I didn't know it---so the ink spilled all over when I was injecting it into the cartridge. However, for unknown reasons, my black and white cartridge did not work. I am ordering a new cartridge.

This is a great quality ink that prints and holds its color well. 1 point of interest though. DO NOT use the printer function to clean the cartridge heads after a refill. It may cause the printer to reject the cartridge. Instead, clean the ink platten well with the solvent supplied with the kit and you will not have that problem.

This refill kit is an excellent way to save money. Easy to use too. I have Epson Printer. And the cartridges are very expensive. Everything is easy except the drilling part. I'm clumsy and I do a bad drilling. But I got extra refill cartridges that was made for refilling. So, the needles, adapters, gloves, and needle cleaning fluids made it a easy refill experience that saves me a ton of money. Been with Mertline a few years now. They always have the best prices on electronics and Memory Storage. Now they even have Ink Refill Cartridges and refill kits. Mertline has just everything I need. Always a Mertline Customer....
