Purchased this as a replacement for the one that came with the phone. Product didn't work. I plugged it into the outlet and the phone into it and the iPhone just started beeping with the sound that it makes when you normally plug it in to be charged. It's like it kept trying to make the carge connection but never quite could.

When I hook it to my Iphone 3G, it lookes like its charging, but after hours, the phone isn't charged. Funny it looks just like the charger from Apple.

Cons:It is the rejected product from Apple.The metal progs are weak (as per the standards) and have a risk of breaking off;creating a risk of electric shock.But who cares.. Pros :If you are not much concerned about breaking and can handle the charger well, this is the good deal. Works good with all my 5v equipment Blackbery, Motorola Stereo Bluetooth. Even has a good amp raiting
