Item did not work. At all. It's an apple product, but without the green dot the more recent power adapters have, which leads me to believe it might explode even if it did work.

The Apple ipod charger was just as described and was a bargain....works great!

This is the old original USB adapter from Apple. Apple had recalled this product and giving the adapter (with green dot) in return. I exchanged this old adapter to the new adapter (with green dot) from the Apple store. It took some time to ship this order though and also order tracking was not available.

This charger didn't work for iPhone; it's only for the iPod.
