Meritline took my money, never delivered the product. They do not respond to emails, and they have horrible (ie non-existant) telephone support. I would have rated it poor, but Meritline blocked this rating as well.

Definitely a RED not a pink which is what I thought when I ordered this. It works well to protect my itouch though, so I can't complain too much. It's quite good quality, especially for the price! I have ordered lots of stuff from Meritline and while shipping can take a long time most of their products are what I expected.

It was supposed to be a pink case but it's orange. Not a big enough deal to send it back but would have been nice to get the right one. However it does serve it's purpose well.
