Jansport stands for quality. I have had an issue with the T bar on the rolling backpack and they stood by the warranty and I received a new backpack. I also received a statement saying that they look into any reported "issues" with their backpacks. Nice! A very satisfied customer!

I am very pleased with the laptop pack - it fits my 17" laptop - not in the laptop place but in the large back area. Plenty of space for accessories - we'll be taking our Driver8's with us on our trip to AZ. Meritline price was excellent, shipping was timely, all in all a good experience.
