I was a little nervous spending fifteen bucks on a flashlight but when I seen these puppies going for $50-100$ I jumped. Made from aerospace aluminum the outside of this light really looks like chrome. There is no plastic on this light outside of battery holder and lens cap. There is a lot of weight to this tactical light but that's because it's machine from a solid pole of aero.alum. Comes with a belt case and nice magnetic box. This thing is insanely bright. They say it can be seen over a qtr mile away and I believe it. It lit up my pitch black living room when shining it on one object like the ceiling light was on. This is a must for any handyman or if ur looking for some bling to a handgun. Being a Cree it's a white light but be carefull. Seriously I got a glancing blow of this thing from a mirror and it blinded me for a half hour. I would buy this again as a cool gift for someone. Shipping = 1.5 weeks

this light is built like a tank. It is also verry bright. it is verry basic but that is a good thing. their is no ground strip on the battery holder witch makes this a a great buy. i am one verry impressed customer

Wrong box for this flashlight. It is a very bright flashlight, a little warm for over 10 mins of usage. Not that bad since it is very bright. It is worth the price. A little heavy, but it seems strong.

(Continued...) S&H). Very bright (after cleaning the contacts...) If you have the minimal amount of mechanical dexterity required to take this apart and do a thorough cleaning (tools = Fine tipped needle-nose or tiny spanner wrench, and good jeweler's screwdriver), you'll be happy with this. 5 stars after cleaning, would only have given 2 or 3 before....

Took some effort, but turned out to be a very nice light. Almost a half pound of heft in a 1" diameter x just over 4" long cool looking polished tube. NO, an 18650 will NOT fit, the 18650 is physically too long. Rechargeable AAA's will fit the bill nicely. Had to take mine apart completely and clean all contacts with scotchbrite and she's working flawlessly now. Before cleaning, the button would stick and the light output was sketchy at best. (Dim, 'throbbing', not repeatable or reliable at all. ALL fixed by a simple cleanup.) It IS a CREE LED. The belt holster is nice. It is ON/OFF ONLY, no other modes. Forgot if the description said otherwise or not. Well worth the sale price (I paid 8.45 2.78 S

I just received mine. It certainly looks great. The case is a good bonus. There are no batteries even though both the box and the description on the site say they're included. The inside of the box has a picture of a different flashlight. Invoice's descriptions of the light as 3 modes, but I have tried to push the only button on it various way without any different results. The instructions on the box indicated that the button is on the 'tail.' The light is pretty bright. My toggle switch keeps getting stuck and I'd have to wiggle it to pop it up again. It works, but kind of annoying.

Decided to take a chance on this LED flashlight after reading the comments by other reviewers and am sure glad I did! Surprising quality and exceptionally bright light for such a small flashlight. Very attractive polished steel body with good heft in the hand -- very solidly made inside and out. Can be carried in hand, your pocket or the supplied belt holder. A different flashlight is pictured on the inside cover of the sturdy, padded box the unit comes in, but the relevant stats seem to apply to this LED flashlight as well. I have subsequently ordered several more. Highly recommended!

I can hardly believe that you can buy a flashlight of this quality for so little. Brighter than others at 4 and 5 times the price. Excellent quality and too bright to look at. This is a fantastic deal.

Very nice flashlight. Very slickly made and finished. Comes with a good case/holster and unlike many Meritline flashlights, it comes in nice packaging (pictured). Most importantly, it's very bright. The new lower price is a bargain. Does anybody know if this would work with a single 18650 battery? I don't want to try until I hear from someone that it will work.
