    Customer Service on this site is horrible. I made an order and through paypal it sent the wronf address. 5 Minutes after the order was made I e mailed customer service through the meritline website and I did not get a reply and they shipped it to the wrong address. Poor poor customer service..

    For security purpose, order is only sent to paypal confirmed shipping address. Shipping address can NOT be changed after order goes into system. For this situation, please cancel order first, change the paypal confirm shipping address, and then place a new order.

    Great, very fast flash drive. If you use a OSX, don't forget to format the drive. It will avoid access issues.

    not the product but the payment method is very poor. the different steps you provided do not make sens. yuou better have to move to have this way replaced by a good one. thanks

    Good product, compact and convenient to use. Kingston did a better job on this one by making cap move around the usb port - I have an older version of DataTraveler where the port moves in and out of the whole body. New design seems to be more reliable. And, as always before, Meritline kept it up with a quick and no-hassle delivery.

    Typical performance and and value- no surprises, no disappointments. This unit is priced well within the realm of other units and reads & writes without any unusual lags or hang-ups. Bottom Line: For the money, it is exactly what you would expect.

    I have used Kingston drives in the past and this one is no different. Excellent product, arrived in reasonable amount of time. I have shopped at Meritline for sometime now. It is a very good website to fulfill some of our basic but essential needs in a very economic manner. Thanks Meritline!

    This thumb drive doesn't work at all. I can't even copy a file to it. It doesn't look damaged, but I can't get to do anything. It is not detected on any of our computers.

    This is a good cheap usb drive, pretty cool looking. If you were thinking you can close the usb in one hand, it's a little difficult. You have to use two hands because it's small. Unfortunately, I lost this usb. You can't attach anything on it.
