Meritline.com Verified Buyer Not bad sound for such a small size. Not the best I've used for laptops, but quite acceptable. And they are very compact and light. There is only one drawback to this unit. Behind the grill is a very bright LED to indicate it has power (on all the time you're using it). It is so bright that it is annoying. So bad that I would cover it with black tape.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer I have a Toshiba Portege laptop; this speaker sounds a lot better than the spakers incorporated in my laptop. However, comparing to the very nice set of earphones, the sound is still not as good as the earphones.

I was very pleased with the audio for such a little sound bar, the bass in the treble sounds so clear and loud. I give it 2 THUMBS UP.

The speaker is exactly what it's described. It is great if you want your laptop's volume louder (it can be adjusted to quite loud). It cannot be compared to some higher priced speaker bars made for laptop. So don't expect to get decent bass from it. My only complain is that it doesn't clip to the laptop too well. It's a great value for the money.
