Meritline.com Verified Buyer The toner cartridge was dead on arrival. It took me lot of time to figure out how to replace the toner. There were no instructions with either printer or cartridge on how to replace the toner. After replacing the toner, the test printouts were extremely poor quality. Meritline was quick to issue the RMA. But now, I can not figure out how to take out the toner cartridge from the printer. Thinking of junking the printer too. Having four toners in small size home color printer makes it extremely crowded inside. So I will just my a black and white laser printer instead.
