This is neat little gadget. I am not sure about accuracy, but the temperature tracks well with my more expensive electronic thermometer (also a La Crosse), and the humidity seems to be working OK. This uses a single AAA battery, and NiMH works with no problems. One button on the back changes from centigrade to Fahrenheit, and the other button shows minimum or maximum readings since it was previously reset. The readings update approximately twice a minute, so have a little patience if you test this in a cold or hot spot but the readings do not change immediately. I am happy with this purchase.

Great little unit. Seems to be accurate and takes up a small footprint. I just needed something to track temp and humidity in my bedroom and this works perfectly.

Nice looking unit at a good price. Seems to be very accurate as compared to other temp / humidity devices that I have. The comfort scale is in five steps. Wet, less wet, normal, less dry and dry. I like the min / max feature. Overall, I am pleased with product.

Very nice except the temperature was high by 1.5 degrees Fahrenheit. I checked it with a programmable wall thermostat at home and a couple of wall thermostats at work.
