    I have had this for a year now under a hot macbook pro 15.4. Its great, invisible once under, keeps things very cool, and has good rubber pads built in. I like that everything is metal and I can replace, remove parts if I want. Its all screws no crappy plastic welds. the unit has a good on/off switch. no usb port but frankly I wouldn't trust a cheapo combo port anyway. FYI this unit pushes air away from the laptop, some folks like the other way.

    I have had this unit for 5 months. On my laptop it drops the CPU temp around 2-4 C when I am running a virus scan. I believe that it is worth the price and I would purchase it again. However, keep in mind the following…Ultra Quiet? Nope. 21 dba? No chance. I have desktop power supplies rated at 25 dba that are considerably quieter. It is not so loud that I do not use it, but I do shut it off when I am on conference calls.

    It's good for the price. Not as quiet as expected but it does the job cooling my laptop. Great experiences with Meritline so far. Thank you.

    I bought this about a month back and it is still working great, but the fans are noisier than as it states. The screws that are holding the grill of the fan are so low, that it made few scratches on my table due to the weight of my 14" notebook.

    Pros: Slim design, three fans works fine, good price cons: need some base at the bottom to hold, still my laptop gets overheat, not excellent grip and damages grips at the bottom of laptop. Overall, if you don't want to buy expensive cooling pad, this is quite average with getting urself ready to damage the bottom grips of ur laptop.

    This is the only item I received from my order. It works fine, but I have to figure out a way for my laptop to stay on it while on the arm of my laz-y-boy.

    The cooling fan keeps my laptop nice and cool. My laptop used to shut off dued to excess heat from gaming, now it just keep on going. A little uncomfortable when resting on your lap, but if it's resting on the table, it's pretty good. I would recommend these to anyone.

    This is really a very good deal for money. Three silent fans are very good. Its light weight too. The switch for turning on the fans is one more added facility. I am using it continuously for last 2 months and its doing awesome!a

    FYI: this unit pushes air towards your unit, not away! It does help cool, but only slightly maybe 4-5 degrees celsius cooler. Oftentimes it feels like it actually heats it up...not as solid as it looks. Some plastic parts...quality seems to have dropped.
