I really loved the look of the clock but when I received it, the back lightening did not work. I put new batteries in it and unless I held the clock in my hand, I could not see any of the numbers at all on the face of the clock. I was very dissappointed with the clock but have gotten other things and was very satisfied with my purchases. I tossed the clock.

As a travel alarm clock its is a good functional product, & like many things coming out of Asia, the written instructions leave something to be desired, but the clock and alarm are simple enough in their operation that you really don't need those instructions. For the struggling student, itinerant person, busybody, whatever, this is a good product to have by the bed. The alarm is even pleasant and wakes you, but not jarringly so that it wakes up the roosters too.

May be OK if you want a little clock. Worthless as an alarm - the sound is way too soft to be heard. Don't waste your money if you are looking for an alarm clock. So far, other purchases from Meritline have been good. This one is was not so good. Not that it is Meritline's fault the alarm is useless, but they should not advertise it as an alarm clock.

Very poorly made, took a while before figuring out how the set the clock. Then it seems to stopped working. Reset and set the clock again, left on the desk and don't want to touch it just in case it stops working and I had to reset the time again.
