I've had it for 4 weeks, book light works well but is not bright enough, runs on 2 or 3 small cell batteries.

Very bright, = to half watt maglite. But far less energy... it clocked at 20ma on the 6v's of 2 CR2032's. Good thing, because replacing them is near impossible. (3 obvious screws, and 2 screws UNDER the clip - need a right angle with 3/8" clearance, and lots of patience/or drill access holes in clip.) I didn't see the under-clip screws, and broke it. Welded head into a 3-AAA switched battery pack. Now 16ma, still bright on 4.5v, and flex head is wonderful! lasts 3 days @ 100% duty cycle.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer I got two of these - one for my wife and one for myself. This has been a lifesaver - it is easy to attach to a book (though hardcovers are better), the lighting is perfect and it is easy to bend the light for the right angle and amount of illumination.
