Meritline.com Verified Buyer Laces do light up but they do not lock, even with the tabs in the fully locked position. My daughter really loved them but after walking in them for 2 minutes they start rising up off her shoes. She was so disappointed. I'm pleased with most items I've purchased from Meritline but this is not one I would recommend and it's not worth paying to ship them back either. :-(

Meritline.com Verified Buyer In the picture it looks like they light up all the way down the shoe but in reality they do not. The top is bright but towards the bottom it is not very bright.
