I have different LED shoelaces from another site so I could combine their LEDs/strings and compare. The LEDs are very dim in this one. Could be a plus if you want them to work longer. But the really bad thing is the that optic string is of much worse quality: it "looses" the light much faster and looks "fragmented" inside.
