Meritline.com Verified Buyer I have maybe at least half a dozen of these drives, probably more. The one in my box started locking up the OS on access one day, so I pulled it. Talking to LG about RMA was horrible. Then they promised to send the info and didn't so had to call back again and again. Finally got the RMA info and sent the drive in... AND THEY SENT IT BACK UNCHANGED, said they saw no problem with it. Yes, LG is cheap, but I think I'm going back to Pioneer.
