Please note:
1. The period for credit, exchange and replacement of defective items are 14 calendar days upon received except as noted. Past the 14 days, please contact the manufacturer for replacement/repair.
2. For non-defective items that manufacturer do not offer direct warranty, there will be a $10 handling fee to cover the shipping and handling. Please provide credit card information with the returned package along with a letter request the service.
