The keyboard works really well, and I'm typing at lightning speed. Some common shortcuts from MacOS and Windows work here. The best part is you get more real estate space on the screen since you can type while viewing the full screen without the on screen keyboard which takes up 40%-50% of the your screen. Here are some observations on the negative side: 1) When the keyboard is in used, auto-correct function does not work. That's an Ipad feature, so not really the keyboard's fault. 2) The iPad tray is not that secured when it's not on flat surface. Using it on your lap can be dangerous. It falls out from the back easily. So use caution -- you don't want to break your iPad. 3) The word "case" is a little misleading. The iPad can fit onto the keyboard case, but it does not securely stay onto it. You still need another case / bag to store the keyboard and the iPad.
