Meritline.com Verified Buyer My laptop didn't appear to recognize the microphone when I plugged it into the microphone jack, but it did work well when I used it with Skype. Best results were had when the microphone was ~ a foot from my mouth, so not the most convenient/effective if a group of people are using it.
