    I like the product. However, in order to calibrate the scale you need a 50g weight, which did not come with the scale. How do you calibrate without a 50g weight? Does Meritline provide this, sell this or recommend where to obtain a 50g weight for calibrating? Please advise. Thanks.

    The total weight of 1 AA plus 3 AAA batteries is approximately 50g.

    Meritline came through with an RMA so this issue was resolved. The scale does work and I was not using it correctly, so I retract my complaint. I have weighed coins, pennies and nickles that have a defined weight. The scale is weighing the penny at 2.5 g., nickle 5 g. which is accurate.

    This scale does not work. It does not give an accurate weight, the numbers just keep changing and it never settles on a weight. I have been trying for most of this week to get an RMA to return it. I posted a note on the Meritline internal 'contact us' message at MY Account, got no reply. I called and left a message. NO REPLY. I e-mailed from my personal e-mail to RMA at Meritline GOT NO REPLY. this is the last day for me to get an RMA according to their rules. Meritline has always treated me fairly and sent orders quickly and accurately. Returns seem to be a dismal failure at Meritline.
