With Common Carrier Delivery, the truck driver may ask for your assistance in unloading the large and/or heavy furniture from the rear of the truck. The delivery drivers travel alone and occasionally request this assistance to avoid damage to the merchandise. In addition, Common Carrier Delivery does not include delivery inside your home, apartment, or office.
Customer should inspect packaging and note any irregularities on the Bill of Lading prior to accepting the goods.
Customer prerogative: If you changed your mind, didn't like the color, or any and all similar reasons and want to return the merchandise, Meritline will charge 30% restocking fee base on your invoice price.
