    I'm using this to convert cassettes to digital files. It has worked perfectly and for the price, I think it is a great deal.

    I'm VERY disappointed in the product. This product has to installed into the casing of the computer and attached to wiring INSIDE the computer's main frame. I was under the impression that I could plug the product into a port and use the product to convert my cassettes. This product isn't for the "everyday" person that wants to convert cassettes to MP3's. As of right now it's still in the box and I want a REFUND!

    at this time product will not convert tape to hearable music

    Good for playing cassettes on your PC -- but couldn't get it to convert to WAV file. Just got silence. Just get a portable and some batteries. Microsoft publishes easy-to-follow analog-to-digital conversion techniques on its website.
