" The ordering process, price and delivery were very good. Concerning the quality of products ordered, the ink cartridges appear to be par with the manufacturers brand. Concerning the DVD cases, I am not satisfied with the quality as approximately 1% have failed out of the box and had to be discarded. Considering that they are 25% the cost of store brands, I got what I paid for. All in all my shopping experience was favorable." |

If youre a shopper from Hawaii as I am, buying on the net does NOT save you money if the merchant will only ship via Fed Ex or UPS 2nd Day Air to Hawaii. These merchants do not care about Hawaii customers. Talk to their customer service people and youll understand what Im saying. Meritline.com, however, truly cares about their Hawaii customers and understands our need for more flexible shipping options. When I purchase from Meritline I always select Ground shipping and email their outstanding customer service dept. my ok to ship via USPS Priority Mail. They then confirm & send me my USPS shipping tracking number. How good is that! I get what I want at an affordable cost including S&H. "I purchased dvd r media and cases. The price was EXCELLENT! Paying them through PayPal (my favorite method) was next to impossible due to lack of instructions on how to use their system with PayPal. I had to pay by credit card, which created other problems because my credit card is billed to a P.O. Box and their only shipping method will not deliver to it. (Their instructions said that different shipping and mailing addresses caused problems.) Customer service contacted me right away, notifying me of the problem and instructing me how to fix it. 3 attempts were made to charge my card which tied up funds totalling 3 times the purchase price. But only the final attempt was actually billed to me, so the transaction came out fine. Other than making PayPal purchases easier, I dont see any way of making transactions smoother without compromising the customers security. I will gladly do business with them again, and will recommend them to my friends!" |

" My purchases always arrive just days after I order, even on ground UPS. The product is in good sshape and the hundreds of DVD-Rs and DVD Rs have had a 99% success rate compared to the less than 60% success rate from local stores. The only thing I would like to see Meritline do is to allow you to see the Ground Shipping cost BEFORE you go to the checkout phase. Would help in the decision for specific product values (like INK).
