Meritline gave me a decent price. They offered free shipping, but it was
slow (what do I expect, right). They offered a guest purchase system, which
I prefer. I had no experience with their customer service, because I had
no complaints! One thing I especially likes was the fact that the item shipped
with an RMA number already included. This allows for much easier returns,
something that it always a hassle when mail-ordering items. |

This was my first buying experience with meritline. The process was painless
overall. The merchandise is being used and tried out, but so far I am very
happy with it. The installed G&G ink cartridges for Epson work fine.And
the price canot be beate. Delivery was as promsied on time, the box sturdy
and not too big. The rebate amount was correct and acknowledged properly.

Overall, I was pleased with my Meritline.com shopping experience. The price
on my item was excellent...the shipping package was well constructed and
protective...and delivery was as-promised once the product was available
from backorder status. When I called customer service to check the status
of my order, I was greeted with fast and friendly service. However, the
reason I needed to call was the check your order status email that Meritline.com
sent to me did not show my order nor did it ever show it even several days
later. Two areas where Meritline.com can greatly improve its customer shopping
experience and set proper customer expectation are... (1) do not charge
the customers credit card until the product is shipped...(2) show on-line
product availability/in-stock status before customer purchases product vs.
customer being surprised with an email 12-24 hours after purchase was made
stating product is on backorder and shipping will be delayed. This was my
first experience with Meritline.com as Im a large customer of the bigger
and more recognized on-line retailers. I will return to purchase higher
dollar items?nd if Meritline.com corrects the two areas of improvement I
recommended above, I will definitely switch to Meritline.com as my primary
on-line electronics retailer. |

I had to return a defective MP3 player and did not have the original packaging.
Meritline was very understanding and accomodating and I after I returned
the defective unit, I was given store credit of the entire purchase price

I thought this product might be cheap being it was so cheap. But what the
heck.I bought 2 any way. The product was very good quility. It was cheaper
to order 1 at a time and to pay the extra shipping then to order 2 at the
same time. because of the discount. They (Meritline) was very concern,they
