"Ive ordered blank media both cd & dvd from these people on numerous
occasions. Everything came as ordered. The only small complaint I have is
it seems the tracking of an order via their web site generally doesnt work,
and when they say 7 day ground, it will be 7 days :) But thats what the
deal is :) Their cust. service is good and friendly. They have gained my
trust, they have excellent prices on blank media and as it stands now I
will only be buying blank media from them. When people ask me where I get
my stuff I tell them to check this place out. And as an aside, when you
see those adds or places like CompUSA etc. that have really low prices on
blank dvds etc. make sure you check the rated speed because everytime I
thought one of those places had a better deal it turned out they were for
2x discs and this place had the same OR lower price for 8x speed." |

"Meritline has been great to work with, they carry lots of great products
and a good selection of them all at low prices. Their website is not as
sophisticated as some online merchants but, really doesnt need to be since
it is so easy to shop from. One area lacking is an account management system.
It is nice for purchasers not to have to enter an account name and password
every time they log on. The email notification that is in place now does
do a nice job of keeping customers updated of what is happening with their
order. However, it would be nice to be able to check your order status online.
Also the ability to remove items or cancel an order if it has not shipped
would be a plus. Overall Meritline is great place to shop and I look forward
to many more Meritline shipments." |
