Repeat business is a hallmark of a satisfied customer, right? I would like to note that I recntly bought ink from another inexpensive supplier-- NOT this one, but a Pacific ink supply company-- and I was badly ripped off. The ink cartridgesthe other supplier sent wouldnt fit, then replacements were either incorrect or leaking. Four tries later, I sent the whole lot back to them, then got a bill for all the erroneous and damaged items! Im still trying to work it out and am out almost 100 dollars despite credit card protests. So I heartily endorse Meritline for ink cartridge purposes. If they run the rest of their business the same way, they can be relied on to provide what you want at an excellent price." |

"My standard order always seems to include a 200-pack DVD R. I usually order either labels, ink, or various other small items with it. I have ALWAYS had very good luck with their MeritLine DVDs. The only two bad ones so far were MY fault because I was not paying attension to the warning messages my software gave me. My previous experience with buying DVDs was with the GQ brand sold at Frys Electronics. With a 20 to 40 percent fail rate, it was not even close te being as cost effective as MeritLines. The one problem I had was not even MeritLines fault. UPS dropped off a shipment of canon INK by my front door. I know this because it was in their shipping-tracking notes. I never saw the package (it grew legs and walked off)." |

" I had been trying to find an easy way to copy audio cassettes to CDs, (not so easy to get this type of thing locally as I live in Thailand). Found the Plus Deck 2 website, then checked out suppliers that I could order from online. "The customer service for the company was great. I asked a detailed question about one of the products and they took a new picture of it to show me the answer. My only complaint is that the interface to actually buy my item was a bit confused. The item (510 CD Hard Case) said that I was entitled to free shipping for the item. When I selected the free shipping however, the price went from $40 to $70. I ended up paying for shipping that an earlier page suggested would be free. I bought the item anyway, and I was very pleased with the shipping time, and the item. Overall, the experience would have been perfect if the page would have been coded correctly!" |
