" ordered two SDHC cards from Meritline that showed as in stock on their website. Both cards had mail-in rebates associated with them that required them to be mailed in within 14 days of delivery. Meritline did not have the cards in stock and could not give me an idea on when they would arrive (the estimate processing day would be 2-3 days, but it all depends on when our purchasing department would bring back this item). After two weeks the rebate expired and I canceled the order. Customer service was very helpful and was happy to cancel the order, but because of this I missed the rebate opportunity from somewhere else, like Newegg." |

A response to a second e-mail to Meritline came back with a link to the manufacturers site for a manual and software, but nothing was available there. Ended up calling LG who said they would mail the software to me (doc included on the disc). Overall, a slight inconvenience for a great price." |

"Im very happy with my purchase of 100 Pack Taiyo Yuden Valueline 8X Silver Thermal Lacquer DVD-R Blank Media Shrink Wrapped for under $29. FREE SHIPPING. No tax in texas. As I expected it took 6 days to receive, since I ordered it early Saturday morning. I burnt a couple of movies. They burned faster than some other brand I had, that were also rated at 8X. My DVD wrighter didnt recognise that other brand as 8X. By the way I found them cheapest at Meritline.com. I didnt rate the Customer Service because I had no need to contact them. Im a HAPPY customer." |
