" The only reason it is not straight excellents is that the shipping took a little longer than I liked. It was still in the stated range, so no real problem. Also I had some problems understanding what was going on. I was supposed to get one price and it looked like I was being charged more, but customer service told me (very nicely) that the discount would be applied on the next page. I would like to emphasize that the only problem was with me, not the order process, but Customer Service was polite and very helpful through it all. They deserve a pat on the back. " |

They continued to do this once everyweek... not over annoying yet provided a chance for me to cancel. I think this is excellent service and all merchant should be able to do this. Highly recommeded.
