One time, I received 100 disc spindles where the spindles had cracked in shipping, but the Seller did respond with a desire to correct the situation. This time, the seller substituted 4 25-disc spindles (normally more expensive)for the 2 50-disc spindles I ordered so as to ship my order immediately without delay. I am a multiple return customer and have recommended this Seller to family and friends. I will buy from them again. Quality products and good deals." |

"I found Meritline to deliver as advertised. Never needed to use cudtomer service although the case I received for my 8300 has a design flaw I did not see until it was put on the unit. Even with the flaw it is a perfect fit overall for a skin.Not sure if it is worth talking to customer service to get a exchange for such a low price I paid. If it was Verizon store I would have already been there and replaced since they charge 4x as much for similar skin. I would use Meritline again and again." |
