Other than that, when I went again to purchase we were able to go ahead and proceed with everything very smoothly and efficiently. "I have been a customer of Meritline since 1998. And this is the first purchase I could not get. When I purchased my order for G@G Ink Cartridges it stated it was in stock. I called the company,.but my order was out of stock and G@G was no longer in business. My payment was deposited back into my account in a timely manner. It is a shame that Epson more or less controls other companies. I have had Epson ink jet and laser printers since 1995 and they seem to make their money on ink and Carriages with no thought of how we the customers fair. I will still deal with Meritline, But Epson has a lot of customers making a change from them to other companies." |

However, a few of them have not worked, but it really would cost too much to ship them back to you for replacements and its not easy getting a hold of customer service so they can know and correct the problem.
