I havent needed to return any of the items ive received so i cannot comment on their customer service. With my dealings at www.resellerratings.com meritline answers all complaints, so that may help some of you questioning them on that. I gave them a 5 on shipping because its all free.. thats how internet shopping should be. I gave them a 3 on ease of purchase due to them not having a fast checkout option like other major resellers. "Overall, only 4 out of 5 stars because their ad did not show a picture of the actual 8 cm mini CD-R. I assumed it would be like the ones I see at all the trade shows, with the white label covering all but the center hole. The product shipped was more an archival design, with a 20 mm wide white label ring. Functional, but not what you would use for marketing purposes. Otherwise, price was reasonable, and delivery was fast. " |

"Excellent media at a very good price! As expected, the processing of the order and its shipping were fast, almost exemplary. Unfortunately, both spindles (100 DVD R) arrived demolished in the package. This is a common problem when shipping large media spindles anywhere, by any carrier. Only a few companies take great care to package the spindles in order to reduce catastrophic damage, which is understandable because it takes extra time and money (more packaging material). In any case, the DVDs work fine - no scuffs, cracks, etc - and there was no need to contact Meritline for a return. I do hope they improve their large spindle packaging methods (I have never encountered an issue with r i m a). Thanks again Meritline. " |

"Meritline.com comes through again on the Taiyo Yuden Shiny Thermal Silver Lacquer DVD-R 8X 200-pack (2 x 100 discs on a stacking spindle)! Yaaay! I am so happy when I can find these Free Shipping, and cheapest price on the Net deals there, I should have ordered more but my budget was only for one order this time. I ordered on 2/12 and the DVD-R media was delivered on Thursday the 14th of February, another great 2-Day order to delivery performance by Meritline.com. I am always pleased with deals like this, and they dont happen all the time so you have to grab them while they are in stock, and timing is everything. They packed the media pretty carefully, though I would have like to have had a box inside of a box as they did before: this time, it was simple packing foam peanuts and a small box, for 2 large 100-pack spindles of the Taiyo Yuden DVD-R 8X media. Luckily nothing got broken, as can sometimes happen with a small box, but since they are in my same UPS Shippijng Zone, all was well. Please, come up with more of these deals! They are great when they happen, so its appreciated to be able to purchase the finest DVD-R media for a great price." |

It is was bought to handle the new SDHC Hi-Speed SD media card I bought at Frys for my camera. It works just fine so far, that new SDHC class 6 card is fast. With 8 GB on the card I have over 60 mins of hi quality video and some pictures available to me, makes that SD1000 a small photo shop in your pocket." |
