However, I have to give Meritline credit, they did add a US post office option which made shipping a little cheaper and shows, at least, they are listening--somewhat to customer ideas.-- I would prefer another US postal option which was a little bit slower and a bit cheaper. So, Meritline acting on a request/suggestion gives me even more confidence in this company. Other than that I have not had to use customer service yet. When they add an even cheaper shipping option for people like me, I will rate them a 5 on shipping options. For now it?s a 4. Bottom line I have made 3 purchases and everything has been great. Excellent packing, great products. I have no complaints and feel very confident in buying from this company. " |

": A very uneventful experience which is a very positive thing. No problems at all in any of the areas. I usually shop at Shop4Tech.com, but in this case I was able to get one item that I could not get there (Shop4Tech). So I purchased everything required for the job from Meritline. Since I'm still waiting for info from the customer, I haven't yet used any of the purchased items. Otherwise everything is at least comparable to the Shop4Tech experience. Prices were a couple of dollars cheaper at Meritline. But all in all they are very competitive. " |
