I received this item very quickly and it came in perfect condition. Its the real Microsoft version and its really nice, fits well and works perfect. Since it is a bulk product, it didnt come in the retail packaging but I knew that when I ordered and I just throw that stuff away when I open my stuff anyway. I ended up making a second purchase for the same item because its such a good price and the only thing you dont get compared to anywhere else is the fancy POS package.

One of our headphones stopped working within the first week. Since the order came with two...my son just threw it away and started using the other one. The other one is fine and still working. But unfortunally I couldn't send the other one back, since he disposed of it, before I knew it.

The head set was used and was very dirty. It worked but was very disgusting to use. Would not buy again. Didn't know you stuff was used :(
