    Light out is very low for the 3 watt rating. No better than standard 9 LED ones!

    Nice for a small flashlight. It put out a little more light than my 1 watt keychain light.

    Not 3-watts. Maybe 1-watt. Not powerful. The markings on the case are rubbing-off with normal use. This is really just an average LED flashlight and nothing more. I have not figured out why this is a 'Police' flashlight. Usually, the law-enforcement personnel use really bright, awesome units--not what this light is. I am a bit disappointed. $3.00 would be a good deal...at $6.00 it's best to apply the money towards a much more satisfactory light.

    Works OK, but it's more like 1 watt, not 3. I like that it's very small and takes only one (std size) battery (cheap to operate).

    Works very well, is bright, and functions as advertised. I find it hard to believe you could find a better flashlight for the money.

    Found this little flash light a better buy than the 12 LED's ones using three AAA battery. It is smaller and a lot better built. I also find it throw a light brighter and further than the 12 LED's ones. Plus the added benefit of using common AA battery, make for a nice little flash light.
