    Mini Display Port to DVI-D Adapter

    The Mini DisplayPort is the standard for the new and future MacBook, MacBook Pro and Mac Air. Connect to any external display or projector to use as your main workspace or to extend your desktop. The Mini DisplayPort Adapters will also allow you to work in mirrored mode with a projector so you can view what your audience sees.

    Utilize the Mini Display Port to DVI Adapter to connect to an advanced digital monitor that has a DVI connector, such as the 20 or 23inch Apple Cinema Display. Please check double check your monitor’s manual to make ensure that you are choosing the correct adapter.

on my macbook pro 2011, external display not detected when connected, but a reboot fixes it every time. This is not the issue with the original mac adapter tough. Makes me wonder if its just a faulty peice or a lot of folks have this issue. Try your luck!

Works great with my 13" MacBook Pro. Much better than the VGA adapter I purchased from Amazon at more than double the price. MacBook immediately uses external display after pressing power switch and closing the lid. Very pleased with MeritLine's products and service.

This is a good product, and works well with my macbook and a purely "digital" display. This a DVI-D adaptor and will not work with a DVI-A display. I did not know that when I made the purchase. A little better description would have saved some time in figuring this out.

Just plain worked. Couldn't ask for better. Less expensive than Apple's cord and just as good for connecting laptops to a bigger screen.

this adapter works fine, however, don't expect the picture quality to be as good as the Apple origional. I ended up having to to buy the Apple adapter. If you don't care for the lower picture quality than this is a good buy for the money.

I have used this Mini Display Port to DVI-D Adapter for about 2 weeks now and it works very well. There have not been any problems. It is being used on a new MacPro tower with 2 - 23" Apple Cinema Displays.
