It is not going to cool a Netbook or Notebook PC. However, attached (taped) to an external e-sata HD dock it does keep the HD cool.

Really small in size, don not even feed 15 inch laptop, more for 10, 11 inch small laptops !!!! works well tho, very silent, and very compact. This website have good prices and free shipping but they should make sizing available for all products. One more thing they send it via USPS and it will feed in your mail box, so dont worry and check your mail box !!! good luck
