    Works great. on/off switch is NOT momentary, whcih is good, can tuck under watch band for two hand use. Holds charge for long time without need for recharging.

    Great little unit! Would be nice if it had a couple more modes to cycle through, like disable the black-light LED and a 'low output' mode. I do enjoy it overall though!

    Solar powered? I guess not! After 2 days of use the battery ran out (no problem with that) but then I left it for 2 whole days under sunlight for the battery to recharge, but no sir, it's still off. Now, its been in front of my window for nearly a week and a half where it can get sunlight for 10 hours each day and its still not working. This is the same for all three of them. If it had been just one, I would have said it was a bad connection or something, but all three is just too much to be a coincidence.

    Well it turns out that a few flashlights from meritline work and this one and a other solar charged light are the ones. Mind you,the lights store far less of a charge over time and by time I mean a few weeks but good lights for a little while and a better showing then the 3&4 "aaa" led flashlight that are almost aways DOE from Meritline and not worth shipping back even if merit would answer a E-mail and replace them. So far it's been about 50-50 with merit-stuff that works,works OK and some stuff just showed up broken. The funniest was the $1.00 item with shipping,shipped (mailed) from hong-kong/china that needed to be signed for, who's going to steal a 88cent item from meritline? Oh yeah, it was broken-DOA too!

    Great flashlight... Money checker light can also make a scorpion glow... Solar is a great asset.

    The work well. I left one on and discharged the battery. I turned it off and left it in a well lit place for a few days and it works again.
